The Bridges at Gilbert

The Bridges is a fairly new community, it started growing back in 2013 and is now one of the most alluring neighborhoods in Gilbert. Since The Bridges is so new the parks and homes are astounding. There are 2 large parks and multiple smaller parks within this community. The 2 large parks have incredible combinations of playground equipment, all ranging from normal slides to an intricate ropes and bar set. The playground is covered by a large awning in order to provide shade for the children and their parents while they are outside. Along with the different miscellaneous items for the kids to play with there is a splash pad at each of the 2 main parks. The splash pad has multiple water features to cool children off on a hot Arizona afternoon. In the center of the neighborhood, next to the main parks, are gorgeous blue lakes with seating areas next to them so residents can comfortably enjoy the view. There is also several trails that run throughout the neighborhood and most of the trails are accompanied by a beautiful river that runs alongside them. The trails are used copiously by the people in The Bridges at Gilbert for biking, walking, running, etc.

Nearby The Bridges at Gilbert is the Queen Creek Marketplace, San Tan Village, and Crossroads Towne Center, which supplies a variety of stores, restaurants, and other amenities. The Bridges at Gilbert is conveniently located in the center of all of these shopping centers which makes any location easy to drive to. All 3 of these centers have a Harkins Theater which is the ideal movie theater to see any of the most popular movies. The Harkins Theaters are all orderly, clean, and never too packed, they all also offer a daycare area on site. Likewise, any of the shopping centers would be a good option because the stores and restaurants are all generally the same at each place. As a much closer option for grocery shopping, there is a Fry’s Grocery store about 2.5 miles down the road from The Bridges and it has all of the essential items for a household.

Not only is there a profuse number of stores close by The Bridges, there is also a bunch of outdoor activities. Right behind The Bridges is the Trilogy Golf Club at Power Ranch, created with natural undulating hills and 6,900 yards of luscious grass. The 18 hole course allows enough ease to accommodate a beginner, however, it also provides enough of a challenge to create an interesting game for a skilled golfer. There is also the Seville Golf Club located near The Bridges which is just as significant as the Trilogy Golf Club, no matter what the preference there will be a golfing area nearby.

Of course there are more than just fun activities close to The Bridges at Gilbert, there are also multiple schools. The Bridges is in the Chandler Unified School District which happens to be one of the highest ranked districts in Arizona. The Bridges is located near many amazing schools and will provide any child in the community with an outstanding education. The nearest elementary to The Bridges is Bridges Elementary or Coronado Elementary, each with their own unique set of teachers, activities, and extra curricular for students to engage in. The closest middle school to The Bridges is Sossaman Middle School with exemplary reviews and results from students who have attended. Perry High is the closest public high school to The Bridges, however, if a charter school is preferred then the Ben Franklin Charter School is only a 6 minute drive and is a remarkable school.

If only interested in the neighborhood itself, then The Bridges at Gilbert is a perfect choice for a family of any size. All of the houses were built from 2013 and on, as aforementioned, and every house has a different look and style. The houses have a range of about 2-6 bedrooms and 2-5 bathrooms, making it the perfect place to grow and raise a family. The houses are around 1,500 to 6,000 square feet and sit on lots that range in size from 3,000 to 8,000 square feet, this extra lot space provides room for a large backyard.
