The location of Vintage Ranch was primely selected, it is near a vast selection of shopping, stores, health care services, etc. Across the street on the crossroads of Lindsay and Pecos road, there is a dentistry and orthodontics office, a dermatology office, and a physical therapy center. Located 2 miles from Vintage Ranch is the Crossroads Towne Center, within this area is a variety retail options, from restaurants to grocery stores and clothing stores. This town center also has a Harkins Theater which is perfect for all of you who enjoy the moviegoing experience. An additional choice for shopping is the SanTan Village Marketplace, it is only 3 miles from Vintage Ranch and has a larger selection of stores and amenities to pick from. The SanTan mall also has a movie theater available to the public. Just down the road from the SanTan marketplace is a Topgolf and a Main Event, both companies are exemplary places to take your children for a night of fun or to go out for date night with your spouse and friends. If you are looking for a grocery store there is a Fry’s food and drug store opportunely placed only 1.5 miles down the road and a Sprouts farmers market 2.5 miles away.
School District
Vintage Ranch is located in the Gilbert Unified School District which ranks among the best in Arizona. The grade A performance from these schools are sure to provide all the members of Vintage Ranch with a quality education. The nearest elementary school to Vintage Ranch is Spectrum Elementary school and it is loved by all of the kids who attend. The best selection for junior high and high school would be South Valley Junior High and Chandler High School. Although Chandler High is in a different school district, it is closer to the neighborhood than any other high school. Another upside to the Vintage Ranch is that it is located incredibly close to Chandler-Gilbert Community College, this is perfect for any young adult looking to go to college near home.

In Vintage Ranch the homes range from 2,000 square feet to over 5,000 square feet. The houses have around 3 to 8 bedrooms available, which is more than usual in most houses in neighboring communities. There is also an average of 3 to 5 bathrooms in each home. With such high numbers of rooms and bathrooms in each house, the neighborhood is perfect for families of all sizes. The houses in Vintage Ranch were mainly built in 2002, but there were newer homes constructed as late as 2004.
